Configure FAQ

FAQ sections help answer common user questions directly on the quote page, reducing the need for support contact.

Steps

1. Go to Content Manager -> FAQ -> Create new entry
2. Set the FAQ name (e.g., pet-insurance-faq)
3. Add question/answer pairs:
   • question — The FAQ question text
   • answer — The answer (supports rich text formatting)
4. Save the FAQ entry
5. Open your Quote-Page
6. In the content section, add a faq-collection component
7. Select your FAQ entry in the relation field
8. Save

FAQ collections are reusable — the same FAQ can be linked from multiple quote pages.

Tips

• Keep answers concise — 2-3 sentences per answer
• Order questions by frequency — most common questions first
• Use FAQ collections when the same questions apply to multiple pages
• FAQ renders as an accordion — users click to expand individual answers

Tip

Look at existing FAQ entries in Strapi before creating new ones. The same questions often apply across similar insurance verticals, and you can reuse existing entries.
